In an service agreement with Cardiocare, we handle the registration of expiration dates and manage shipping and costs for vital parts when necessary. If your defibrillator is used during a cardiac arrest, we will send you new replacement parts completely free of charge. If your defibrillator is temporarily unavailable due to data retrieval after use, you have the option to borrow a defibrillator for a limited period until you get your own back.

With a Basic contract for your defibrillator, it is your responsibility to replace the battery and electrodes when they expire. It is essential to replace them in a timely manner to ensure that your defibrillator always functions and is ready for use. We send electrodes and batteries to the person registered as responsible for the defibrillator. However, Cardiocare does not assume responsibility for the replacement, as this responsibility lies with the customer.
